Black Baltic Beef

Off the coast of the Baltic Sea are breeds of cattle bred to produce meat with flavors that can rival the greatest breeds of this world. The fatty and delicate grass of the ribs, allows Black Baltic beef to develop a very marbled meat with notes of cashew nuts. Matured about 5 weeks on beech wood. The meat then takes on subtle notes of hazelnut, flavors worthy of the greatest tables (Black Baltic Beef).

The Black Baltic prime rib is a pure moment of happiness. Thanks to a diet of fatty grass from the north of the Nordic countries for years, you will find a very marbled meat with notes of cashew nuts. The marbling is then generous, giving the meat an inimitable taste enhanced by 35 days of aging on the bone. Expect a full, deep meaty taste and excellent tenderness. A real delicacy and a favorite of many meat lovers.

Portions in grams are indicated by fork due to the vagaries of cutting by our artisan butchers. Grilled on the barbecue or under the grill of the oven, this is how the prime rib will deliver its best aromas. We recommend salting at the end of cooking and letting the meat rest for a few minutes to relax the fibres.
